Match format and scoring system
Every fixture is played as a 7-a-side match featuring two 25-minute halves. Over the course of the season, each squad will play every other team twice. Our league table rewards attacking football: teams earn 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss, plus an extra bonus point awarded for every single goal scored.
Pitch rules and fair play
To keep the gameplay fast and flowing, we apply traditional 11-a-side rules with two straightforward adaptations: kick-ins replace throw-ins, and slide tackles are strictly prohibited to protect player safety. Whether you are an amateur, semi-pro, or professional, our casual league ensures a safe, friendly, and respectful environment for every football enthusiast.
Punctuality and cancellation policy
Fixtures start strictly on schedule to respect pitch bookings. If a squad arrives late, the match running time will be reduced accordingly while the standard fixture cost remains payable. Should your team need to cancel, notice must be provided at least one full day in advance so that we can arrange an appropriate filler team to step in.
